This vertical panel saw is the ideal tool for cutting large panels to size. It can cut straight and square up to 1/32-inch accuracy with a 4-foot vertical cross cut capacity and an 8-foot horizontal crosscut capacity. There's also a quick-change rotating saw head, a factory-aligned guide system and a dust-free nylon-graphite roller bearings. The saw comes standard with a specially adapted 15 amp saw motor, 14-gauge galvanized steel frame, welded guide tube assembly and a folding tubular steel stand. The heavy-duty G1183 6" x 48" Belt/12" Disc Combo Sander features a sanding belt that operates horizontally, vertically or at any angle in between. The sanding belt speed is 5000 FPM and the disc speed is 3450 RPM. Both cast-iron tables tilt for any job. The belt sander table tilts 90° while the disc sander table tilts 30° left and 45° to the right. The convenient, quick-release lever makes tension adjustment and belt changes and a snap. There is a full range of replacement sanding belts and sanding discs for the G1183. Belt rollers have shielded ball bearings and the top roller has a fine-tuning knob for precision tracking.
