  • The South Bend SB1080 16" 3 HP resaw bandsaw accurately powers through hardwoods up to 14" thick with rack-and-pinion dual ball bearing guides and a precision-ground cast-iron fence with a dual-position 6" tall resaw attachment. This could be the sturdiest machine in your shop. Its stout steel frame, computer-balanced cast-iron wheels, and extra-large 25-5/8" x 20-7/8" x 2" thick precision-ground cast-iron table and cast-iron trunnions all work together to minimize vibration and lead to greater accuracy and higher-quality work. The table tilting mechanism is the strongest in the industry, allowing you to put the heaviest loads on the table without losing squareness.
  • The Laguna JX|8 ShearTec II is loaded with great features to make jointing safer and more enjoyable. It includes parallelogram table adjustments that travel along an arc to keep the same distance to the cutterhead. An emergency knee stop that uses a body-length bar at knee height to shut off the jointer allows the machine operator to stop the machine quickly at any position along the front of the machine, while keeping hands on the workpiece. The new JX Series machine body has been redesigned with a toe kick to allow the user to be positioned closer to the machine tables and move safer and easier along the length of the machine. Infeed tables are fitted with a pullout support roller to help support longer materials. The ShearTec II is a 6-row carbide insert cutterhead that produces a shear cut for superior surface finish on all woods, including challenging hardwoods. The ShearTec II knives and fasteners have a T-step design to maximize clamping force on the knives, preventing knife cracking and chatter. The ShearTec II cutterhead has deep grooves that make the cutterhead very quiet and improve shaving ejection.

  • T10718 50" Deluxe Pan and Box Brake

Easily form transverse or down-flanged parts.

The T10718 50" Deluxe Pan and Box Brake is used to make straight bends, boxes, pans, and trays in sheet metal that is 12-gauge or thinner. Clamping fingers and bending blocks of different lengths can be arranged to make 90° bends of varying widths up to 50" wide. The fingers and blocks can be spaced in any configuration necessary to permit the sides of a box to be bent without interfering with previously bent sides. Setback and clamping pressure are easily adjusted for different workpiece requirements, and the adjustable bending stop is used to make repetitive bends of the same angle.

Perfect for shops doing signs, fabrication, HVAC, or architectural sheet metal!

Like all Grizzly pan and box brakes, the T10718 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects. The T10718 manual was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your pan and box brake. The Grizzly Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are U.S. based. Parts and accessories for the pan and box brake are available online and shipped from the Grizzly parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.

  • The helical cutterhead delivers near mirror-smooth finishes right out of the gate. It consists of four rows of 52 indexable carbide inserts, each angled slightly to produce a shearing action. Mill drills are a lighter alternative to a milling machine. These combine a belt driven drill press with the dual coordinate abilities of the milling machine's table for flexibility and efficiency. A locking collet prevents the cutting tool from falling away from the spindle when lateral forces are experienced against the bit. Although light in construction, the JMD Milling Drilling Machines possess the advantages of space-saving versatility, affordability and light machining capability.   Optional base available. stk number 350045
