If your package is returned, refused, or sent back to us for any reason you will be charged for return delivery AND a twenty five (25) percent re-stocking/return fee. Returns will be accepted up to seven days from receipt. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for all return arrangements. Freight must be prepaid and include prepaid lift gate service to CT Power Tools. Please be sure that your return shipment is adequately insured with the freight carrier to cover any potential damage or loss. COD returns cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee for all orders.
All returned shipments must be authorized by CT Power Tools prior to there return and clearly marked with our RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All returns must arrive at CT Power Tools returned goods facility in “Resalable Condition”. Resalable condition is defined as new, unused, and in original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and parts. Returned goods which fail to meet these returned goods requirements may be subject to additional restocking fees and may result in reduced or denied credit issuance. Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable.
Credit issuance for successful returns will be processed within ten (10) days of receipt.
